B. per E-Mail an [email protected].
Wende dich dazu an [email protected].

Privacy policy
This privacy policy applies to the United Automation Hub careers funnel.
1. Controller
Sojka Solutions Sondermaschinen & Anlagenbau GmbH (United Automation Hub), Lödlaer Chaussee 8, 04617 Lödla, Germany. Represented by its Managing Director Christian Sojka. Phone +49 (0) 3764 57 02 43 0, email [email protected].
For applications to positions at our U.S. locations, the hiring U.S. entity is also responsible: Sojka Automation US Inc., 3012 Kustom Dr, Hebron, KY 41048, United States.
Please send questions about data protection and your application to [email protected].
2. Providing the funnel (Perspective)
We operate this funnel with the Perspective software of Perspective Software GmbH, Müggelstraße 22, 10247 Berlin, Germany (postal address: Postfach 659770, 96035 Bamberg). Perspective processes the data solely on our behalf and on our instructions (data processing under Art. 28 GDPR).
When the funnel is accessed, Perspective processes technically necessary data: browser type and version, operating system, IP address, date and time of access and the referring page. This is necessary to deliver the funnel, keep it secure and detect errors. Perspective also records which steps of the funnel are viewed (funnel statistics) so that we can improve the process. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and functioning application channel (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). IP addresses in log files are deleted after no more than seven days, session data when the session ends.
According to Perspective, the data is stored exclusively on servers in the European Union; however, Perspective also uses subprocessors based in the U.S., so access from the U.S. cannot be ruled out. Such transfers are based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR) or EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR).
3. Applying via this funnel
What data we process: the selected position or general application with country and location; your answers to the pre-screening questions (driver's license, background, experience, willingness to travel, passport, work authorization, earliest start date); your pay expectations (not your current or past pay); first name, last name, email address, phone number and, optionally, a message; content and time of your consents; the selected language and, where applicable, campaign parameters from the link you used to reach us.
Driver's license question: If you answer "no", the funnel ends with a notice. No contact is created and no contact details are collected.
Purpose and legal basis: We process your information to review your application and carry out the hiring process (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR in conjunction with Art. 88 GDPR). Contacting you by phone, text message (SMS) and email is additionally based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time with effect for the future, e.g. by replying STOP to a text message or emailing [email protected]. For positions in the U.S., we ask for your consent to text messages separately; it is optional. There is no automated decision-making within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR; every application is reviewed by people.
Recipients: Your application is stored in Perspective. Only people involved in the hiring process (recruiting, management, the relevant hiring manager) have access. If you apply for a position in the U.S., we transfer your application to Sojka Automation US Inc.; this transfer is necessary to carry out the application process you requested (Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR).
Retention: We delete your application data no later than six months after the hiring process ends, unless statutory obligations or the defense of legal claims require longer retention. If you consented to our talent pool (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), we keep your information for up to 12 months to contact you about matching positions; you can withdraw this consent at any time. If you are hired, your data is transferred to your personnel file.
4. Cookies, consent banner and typeface
When you open the funnel, it shows a consent banner. Technically necessary storage on your device takes place without consent (Section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG). Only if you agree is the Inter typeface loaded from Google Fonts, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Your IP address is transmitted to Google in the process; a transfer to Google LLC in the U.S., which is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, is possible. The legal basis is your consent (Section 25(1) TDDDG, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Without consent, a system font is used. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer.
The funnel's language follows your browser's language setting; a manual language choice may be stored locally in your browser. For the "Near you" hint, your device's time zone is evaluated; it is not sent to us for this purpose. No location tracking, e.g. via GPS or your IP address, takes place for this.
5. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR). You can withdraw consents at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR). Just contact [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority; our competent authority is the Thuringian State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (TLfDI), Häßlerstraße 8, 99096 Erfurt, Germany.
6. Obligation to provide data
Your contact details are required to apply, as we could not reach you otherwise. The message, the text message consent for U.S. positions and the talent pool consent are optional.
7. Notice to U.S. applicants
Categories of personal information we collect: identifiers (name, email address, phone number), professional and employment-related information (qualifications, experience, work authorization, availability, willingness to travel), compensation expectations and technical usage data (see section 2).
Purposes: evaluating your application, communicating with you about it, complying with legal obligations and improving our recruiting.
Service providers: We use Perspective (section 2) to operate this funnel; it processes your information only on our behalf.
Sale and sharing: We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 16.
Retention: as described in section 3.
Your rights: Depending on your state of residence (e.g. California), you may have the right to know, access, correct or delete your personal information and to opt out of its sale or sharing, without discrimination for exercising these rights. To make a request, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
Text messages: If you consented to be contacted by text message, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of employment.
Equal opportunity: United Automation Hub is an Equal Opportunity Employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
